Donation Opportunities

Dr. MJL Foundation is in the process of  establishing electronic methods (i.e. Pay pal) in order to accept donations. In  the interim, should you wish to donate, you can mail your donation to: Dr. MJL  Foundation, Inc., 5704 South Madison Street, Hinsdale, IL 60521. A receipt will be mailed to you.  Your donation is tax deductible under IRS Section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the  Code; please check with your accountant for further information. All financial information related to this Foundation are available for inspection by appointment.
